JCP Youth is pleased to announce a partnership with The Project Lab, bringing together two Tasmanian organisations to develop the people, practices and systems behind high-quality youth support.
The partnership combines JCP Youth’s frontline experience with The Project Lab’s expertise in organisational development and project delivery. Together, we are undertaking a substantial program of work to support our next stage of growth and strengthen the foundations of our services.
The work includes developing practical staff guides and decision-making tools, strengthening program documentation, and creating resources that connect organisational expectations with everyday practice. Staff engagement, training and implementation support will help bring this work to life across JCP Youth.
Alex Bonde described the partnership as an investment in the organisation’s future.
We’re investing now to put JCP Youth at the forefront of quality youth practice,” Alex said.
Our team brings enormous commitment to young people. We want the professional foundations behind that work to be just as strong—giving our people the guidance, tools and support to deliver consistently at a high level.
Working with The Project Lab is helping us get ahead of the curve and turn that ambition into practical work that will benefit our organisation and the young people we support.”
The current program of work is scheduled to run through to the end of January 2027, with a focus on embedding new resources and approaches through staff training and ongoing development.
For JCP Youth, the partnership reflects a clear commitment to keep raising the standard of our work while preserving the relationships, responsiveness and care at the heart of our approach.
We look forward to working alongside The Project Lab to build lasting capability and support better futures for young people.
